Junior Ranger Academy

Throughout the week, Junior Rangers (7th and 8th graders) learn unique stories from World War II that could happen "only on Guam," discover the diverse array of plants and animals we protect, and lend a hand in caring for the park. This program provides a wonderful introduction to the work — and fun — park rangers are faced with each day. The Junior Ranger Academy offers an experience that the park hopes to inspire youths for a lifetime by developing a new understanding of history and science so that it may lead to future careers in biology, archaeology, natural resource management, interpretation, education, or in federal service caring for our public lands.
